As someone who made it decently high up and have been in VAK for years under Jetpackboy, I can give you a legitimate explanation of the problems and solutions to VAK.
1)Corruption-I won't name any names, however THERE is favoratism that is obvious, for example a certain high rank made a girl in VAC his apprentice and basically excused her violations and she made it up the levels fairly quick, it was later revealed he and she regularly skype and there have been allegations that he asks for certain things, although to be fair those are just allegations, no proof.
Solution to problem 1) To stop such corruption, mostly in the form of favoratism, there should be a new system where WOMEN VAK can only apprentice WOMAN vac, and there should be type of system where there is anonymous court of jurors to decide a VAK high ranks fate if proof of their corruption is revealed.
2)Vaktus's limited role, VAKTUS in a sense is VAK, when he rallies or raids, it's creates insane amount of morale and fun, however his role is becoming less used because of his focus on other things and combine that his condition, it's hard for him to become as active as most other war leaders.
Solution to problem 2) I know it's been done before, but not nearly as much as it should be, a general should use Vaktuses user and say so when it is being used.
Problem 3) Environment- this is an obvious one but still needs to be pointed out, VAK members as they get through the ranks see each other as enemies and it creates a toxicity, you have HR's plotting against other HR's and everyone wants their buddys to make it up so they have more power in the group, this is plotting is why we have proof of corruption as they are willing to backstab each other for a role to be vacant...
Solution to problem 3) I don't have a clear one for this, this is something that has to be changed from a community basis and not a policy one.
So there it is, an unbiased overview of what I think is some of the problems and potential solutions to VAK. Dont get me wrong, VAK is still the most powerful clan on roblox.
