Hello Firestone Emergency Services,
Recently I realized, the Governor is concerned on our training, specifically, traffic stops and breaching. I would like to devote this form to training on 3 topics:
• Breaching
• Traffic Stops
• Negotiation

SECTION 1 -|- BREACHING -|- ROBERT'S CUSTOM TRAINING GUIDE
Breaching is not very common in Firestone. Breaching a building is not something you should encounter too much, but you will do it and you must know how.
Firestone has two breaching formations, the "X" and the "Y". For this we'll use the X formation.
Breaching is an action in which you will go into an area with forced entry. I.E. a house.
In order to breach, officers will form an “X” Formation at the door. This is done by making 2 diagonal lines basing off the door.
The man in the front left side will initiate it by saying "BREACH", then everyone will fill in left, right, left, right, until no one is left outside.
Keep at least 1 man in each room you breach, and one man outside if you can. As this will prevent from people running away if you didn’t find them.
SECTION 2 -|- Traffic Stops -|- ROBERT'S CUSTOM TRAINING GUIDE
A traffic stop is a very common term within law enforcement. It is when one is being detained by an officer for a traffic violation that they have committed in front of the officer. These situations must always be carried out with probable cause.
When a traffic stop is initiated the Trooper will call on his radio:
“[UNIT NUMBER], [LOCATION], [CAR MODEL], [CAR OCC.], [ADD. NEEDED]”
You will approach the vehicle to the PASSENGER side. This is to ensure safety from traffic. From there, you will introduce yourself, announce why the person was stopped, and obtain ID. We only need ID for our game does not include registration or insurance. You will run it, then approach again, return the ID, and from there decide what punishment is reasonable. Once the deal is over you will announce on the radio that the situation is over with a simple "Code 4".
SECTION 3 -|- Negotiations -|- ROBERT'S CUSTOM TRAINING GUIDE
Negotiations are something that will be very common. Many times a hostage is involved, you will comply with their commands, if it is money, someone reset with like 500 dollars or what not. So they'll think it's the money the person wants. That is only if they want money.
If they want a car, someone leave it there, keep all emergency services there until that person gets to a spawn pad, from there, you will get away from the vehicle and then have them go away, one person will follow them while other units stay in the area. This is where contact is key. A unit will tell the person who spawned the car on any form of communication, to respawn it. This is as if the car was a bait car. Now you can safely disarm the suspect. |
