clans are too toxic because a select few popularized an obsession with warfare, the utilization of the forums as a long term growth model and the recycling of community members
they deserved to be cracked down on. i haven't cracked down on bds in case you haven't noticed, just suspect it will go down the same route based on the leaders in it and its track record. |

yeah and last time he led bds it had a small forum boom followed by an almost immediate bust as anticipated by me lol
maybe this guy can learn from past mistakes and adopt a different strategy this time around, but thats typically not the case with clan leaders who gone down this route. people like sas and iso get smacked in the face repeatedly and continue doing things the same exact way. |

last time BDS was just a social group and like 10 of our active members were our friends, it was pure coincidence that we actually ended up as a good group
I think it's funny that you think your word carries so much weight that you blatantly make things up about groups you personally don't like (e.g. V O I D, RAA, Velorum) and expect people to take your posts seriously. |

I remember someone telling me about how there is a need for support players and how everyone has limited ammo.
How there is a class where you can drop ammo crates to help teammates out. I thought that was a really cool idea. I might be interested in joining because the play style seems really fun to have. |

When I pitched the idea for new BDS to altair we both agreed that we would most definitely try to mass recruit outside of C&G. Our goal was to help expand the community. You are saying the opposite.

well regarding that, as ive said, im not stating bds is a hype clan at the moment, but given my experience i predict that it will most likely be one. |

people that lead hype clans dont tend to learn from their mistakes. there's never been a single forum clan that ik of which remodeled and became successful. |
