Hello, my fellow Americans. Shortly, we will be participating in one of humanities greatest creations: the Republic. Representation requires active participation by the citizenry. Those of you investing your time to read this speech are actively participating. But for everyone one of you, there are thousands in our nation who are not.
Activity in our police and federal departments can be described as minimal at best. With over 134,000 members, we should be doing better. The government needs to take an active role in increasing our populations engagement with our country. That includes creating opportunities to those who might not be too interested in government. The clothing designer, or the builder. The friend who wants to own his own coffee cafe. I praise our cities for their developers ability with building and scripting, but I always wonder, why is there not a system for a middle class citizen to buy a store and set up a business? Why is there so much land denied to the public?
My aspiration is for a renewed America, putting the People of the United States at the front of economic focus. My goal is to see a rise in participation in our great nation. We need leaders with passion and the drive to fix problems our country has ignored in the past. The people shall not be forgotten.

Chief Petty Officer in the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps
-Completed 11 trainings.
-Former Lead Petty Officer for the home unit of 40 cadets.
-Sea Cadet of the Year, 2015
President of the school's mock government
-Drafted three bills/2 passed.
