Making A House
You must have 35 members to become an offical house. You cannot war a house thats already offical. It is taken.
You are required to have your house seat builded.
Example:House Stark: Winterfell
You cannot have alts in your group to become offical.
If you have met the requirements to make a house you can be offical.
