I have not so much as gotten an apology from her for her actions towards me, and because apparently UAF has become some sort of liberal democracy with some sort of "equality under the law" and "justice" I've decided to temp rejoin UAF to try and get her to pay for the crap she did to me like a year and a half ago (I think, not sure exactly how long ago). If flaminquo just apoligizes I won't do it tbh but she still hasn't so I think this is a perfectly reasonable reason to go to court over. She's the reason I quit one of my first clans UAF and all my UAF friends turned against me so uhh ya

Totally, I'm being 100% serious here. UAF has always had a place in my heart, it was technically my first clan (i quit super fast though) but I rejoined it like a month later after being in other clans. I have so many memories in that clan.
Then Flaminquo did what she did and all those memories and people (ok not the people, my memories from super old uaf are with nerds who quit) down the drain. Then FalseWarrior does an absolute terrible job of dealing with it at all.
Honestly I have no doubt in my mind that I'll lose due to her being a HR |

tl;dr of what happen
TFC was part of one of those raid events from UAF (I was still in UAF ofc). Anyways UAF raids and flame me for having a bad fort and stuff and Flaminquo, a UAF HR, tells me to make her queen. I go ahead and do that, she does crap no one likes and goes over my head in TFC, again no one likes her, so I did the natural thing and demoted her.
She gets pissed and gets one of her friends to promote her (she promoted a bunch of her friends earlier) and together they AA'd TFC. She then proceeds to walk away. We have a fallout on C&G and stuff blah blah blah.
OK, what she did in TFC was disgusting but I doubt UAF can charge her for being a disgusting human being outside UAF. Anyways, in UAF she called me out in trainings and called me an idiot as she was hosting. She wanted to do things like "declare an unofficial war on TFC" and trash talked both me and TFC while she was hosting while everyone else was lined up in front of her. She kept doing it and doing it and eventually started kicking me from some of her trainings (not before she trashtalked ofc). Of course, it was just her and not the other HRs who were kicking me (some were trash talking me after that too). Soon people were calling me out and crap in UAF events telling me how terrible I was and the HRs did nothing because, well, Flaminquo the HR was encouraging it.
So uhh AA'ing my clan, disrespecting me constantly, and AAing in general.

If what you said is true the fact that UAF can have HR's like Flamiquo is disgusting considering UAF was one of my first ever clans, glad I left if this is true :/
