There should be a feature for users that are an Administrator that would allow them to open a new server. This would be more for games that are group oriented although may help with others as well. There are many times when, for instance, there are Admins in a Department group that want to host a training but might not want to host the same training, or someone starts a training and then another Admin gets on and wants to host one as well but can't until the other training has concluded.
This would also come in handy when the first training is Server Locked by the Trainer and the other Trainer wants to open a server so they can begin their training(s) as the other occurs/concludes.
