I just explained why ezaiahs is a bad idea. People won't work with him.
Fireantfive is in the council chat but hasn't said a thing. He's inactive. If he came and said "Hey I want to be the leader" then that's exactly what I'd let happen.
I'm against rescinded as chancellor. The reasons are in my entire complex of threads in the past 4 hours.

Ezaiahs' era never saw an average of more than 10 per event for any period of time longer than a few days to a week. This isn't progress.

Hm, I'd of liked to of seen things you could do for NFC rather than just a smear campaign. With what I had seen while in NFC it wasn't great. I could come up with a long list of things to change. Starting with attempting to rid of most of this drama. I mean I see both sides going back n forth. I see others voicing their opinions on why this smear thing is bad and/or why both candidates are bad. Etc.
So here is my voice:
--Actually list off what you could do for the clan. Because I have to agree with others, are you only doing it so Rescinded doesn't get leader or do you actually care for the group? Do you REALLY want to make it better?
--Stop bashing on each other and get to the point.
--Don't JUST say "I'll fix this" ... kay... a lot of leaders have said that. Whether it be in NFC or other groups but they never or rarely do.
--After looking at Rescinded's list I can think of more things to fix. So if those are the only problems seen... -shakes head-
--Lastly, even though this was not on either forum, I just have to say... STOP relying on Vets/Ex-HRs because every time I see a new leader being choosen everyone wants the vets to come back and take over. Even when NFC has a leader people still want Vets to come back and hold their hands. Can you not do things yourselves for once as you currently are? Try focusing on your current members, not the mass amount of vets who come back and expect to be free promoted.
This applies to both candidates, I'm just only commenting on this forum.
So on that note: I am not voting for either side. I would love to but after reading these forums I am just gonna stay out of the votes.

---Note, during the debate rescinded brought some things up that I hadn't considered, and I'm much more willing to work with him and confident that it will work out well than I was prior to it.

Hm, even still not all of c&g was there I'm sure. So a few things noted woulda been nice o those who couldn't be there or didn't know it was going on.
Plus, I'm the type where it's like I like to hear what people think is wrong with a group and how they will fix it. All I was handed was the forums. Not a video.
And you say you can work with him now but when you made this forum it sounded like that was the last thing you wanted to do. So perhaps clear your mind first, think about stuff, and THEN make the forum before jumping to your first thought especially when it's smearing your opponent.

Well, I just meant you hadn't thought it through before hand which is what you shoulda done. Sure, you can get clarity afterwards but the damage has been done now and you've already set a bad example. Looking at a few comments it seems quite a few people are already disappointed in what was originally said.
I bet you guys can work together, that'd be nice to see no arguing.

As an outsider and someone who has been involved in many elections, usually when candidates team up with each other like this it means the other candidate is better. |

I knew this would happen..
This election, from a neutral point of view and being a veteran, is just awful and just causes fractions in the Clan and i personally think it'll kill the clan off completely.. Personally don't know Mertes on a leadership level that well, so I cannot judge his capabilities. But I can see that NFC has changed. A lot. And not particularly in a good way.

Elections truly are an awful way to determine the next leader, and regardless of whoever wins it'll end with controversy.
With that being said though, I do believe Woopi would make the better leader out of three(two, really) options presented, since he's very versatile with his skills. He's switched from both IA, to EA, and is very respectful and knows what hes doing when it comes to clan affairs.

I agree Gbronzed. I mean no offence against Rescinded but I haven't seen good things from him when I was in the clan. So I feel Woopi would be slightly better. But that's not my choice and at this point it doesn't matter who wins as long as they actually do A LOT of good for the group. And not just say "This will happen" and never does.
