This is also happening to me, its has been happening the for past 5 mounths ever since the chrome update. Everytime I open a game the loading screen says 'could not connect please try again soon' which I do everyday but its still the same. This is the fifth issue that I have had with Roblox since 2015 and if it not sorted out I will sue! on the grounds of TAKING MY MONEY!

Maybe try switching browsers if you can? (To firefox if you have chrome, chrome if you have firefox)
