An example test report so you can see how each section is to be written. Test reports do not have to be as detailed, but the more detail the better. Test Operator: Blackwarlord, Head Researcher SCP-409 Area-108 Date/Time: 1/14/17, 5:00 EST Security Personnel: 2 Security Personnel, 1 Rapid Response Team Unit Class-D: 3 Purpose: To test whether or not Primary or Secondary infection affects chance of survival of SCP-409-2, as well as if a surviving SCP-409-2 retains infectivity. Planned Procedure: Once the team reaches the CZ, 2 CDs will enter the inner CZ, the third will wait in the observing area. CD-1 will touch the crystal, then touch CD-2. Their physical appearances the health of the CDs will be noted. If either CD survives, the third CD will enter the inner CZ to test if the surviving CD is still infectious. Hypothesis: If a CD is infected by SCP-409-2, then he will survive initial infection, but remain a vector for spreading SCP-409 infection Procedure: 1: Upon entering the CZ, one CD opened both doors and ran into the inner CZ. Terminated by SD. Test continued. 2: Two CDs entered SCP-409's inner CZ. Instructed not to touch the crystal. 3: CD-1 instructed to touch the crystal. Complied. 4: CD-1 instructed to touch CD-2. Complied. 5: Both CDs instructed not to touch the crystal or each other. 6. CD-2, ignoring orders, began jumping and contacted the crystal. 7. CD-2 perished shortly after due to major organs becoming crystallized. CD-1 reported no decrease in health. 8. CD-1, on his own accord, contacted the crystal again. He perished shortly after. Data: When CD-1 was infected, he showed a bluish tint to his skin and large crystalline growth in his torso. CD-2, on being infected showed a blueish tint to his skin but no crystallization in his torso. Only after accidentally contacting the crystal did crystallization occurred in his torso and he perished shortly after, presumably as result of major organs being crystallized. CD-1 did not die. CD-1 had achieved stable health from Primary infection. Casualties: 3 Class-D Personnel Conclusion: I find this test to be truly remarkable. This test was conducted to focus primarily on the subject infected secondarily, and I certainly did not expect to see a subject of primary infection survive at all without medical assistance. This shows that Primary and Secondary infection may not have any effect in survival at all, however it is known that primary infection shows large crystalline growth in the torso, while secondary infection does not show the growth. It is unknown if this is cause of death, but the results of this test lead me to believe that the growth is not cause of death. Further testing into survivability of both Primary and Secondary infection should be tested immediately.
