honestly dude, you seem like you'd be a lot more help as a hcom, i know you're not interested, but i can just have any random person be a high rank and host trainings and stuff, we need some real administration. you'd have to spend more time doing remedial hosting and stuff as a high rank than you would be if you were a hcom. no hosting/whatnot is required, just group management
