Consistent Giants
Transition to high-bar NOT required
Beam :
Simple Jump mount
Walk down & back
Jump down & back
Vault :
Run toward Vault in straight direction
Jump ONTO springboard
Then ONTO the vault & front flip off
- Failure to do any of these requirements can result in no promotion to Level 1. -
