forts don't mean anything at this point, no one in the sword community is innovating and every sword clan is a repeat of the next

i'm not talking about the build of the forts, i'm talking about the gameplay of them.
basically every sword fort is a flag or terminal at some end point of map, whether the map be snow, mountains, desert etc. no one in a year has attempted to change the gameplay of sword forts, and if someone does they'll never get raided because sword clans are traditional.
the same can be said about gun clans, but at least there's a chance for people to like your changes.
