Captain: Must be selected to a Tournament

Major: Must Co-host a C:1 Basic Training
Colonel: Must Co-host a C:3 to C:6 Training
Vice Divisional Commander: Must be picked by the Divisional commander, of the desired Divisions.
MUST BE IN THE DIVISION THAT YOU DESIRE
MUST BE VACANT
Divisional Commander: Be picked by the Emperor.
War Senate Council: Get Elected as one of the members of the War Council
MUST BE IN THE SENATE
