And I have to include an honorable mention for Wings-Avalanche which used to be absolutely insane in the late 90s and actually rivalled Habs-Bruins back then. |

Also for NHL I forgot to mention Habs-Nordiques. Those games used to be insane before the Nordiques relocated.
With the possibility of Quebec City getting the Nordiques back in the next few years this can very possibly return. |

Sabres vs. Senators???
yeah they sometimes get heated(but that happens with any game with two teams in the same division) and there was that brawl back in 2007 but other than that there isn't much there.
Maple Leafs vs. Senators and Canadiens vs. Senators are much more heated.
And to answer OP's question, either Habs vs. Bruins or Oilers vs. Flames.
If this was the early 2000's I would 100% say Leafs vs. Senators would be up there. |
