that's more like a practice, not a training training is literally teaching a person (or people) hands on with how to gunfight/swordfight

soccer with swords: unanchored sphere in the middle of a baseplate and have goals on either side (like soccer). you get goals by pushing the ball into the goals, and people can use the swords to kill other team to help them win. TDM with lifecapture: you kill someone in the TDM you get your life back. Hot potato: you get a potato and have like 10 seconds to shoot someone before you blow up. that person you shoot gets the potato in return.
