Welcome to the High rank guide.
The High rank guide shows what's expected of certain High ranks and what may happen during inactivity.
1. Training's
During a training you will first of all need to plan out what to begin with, doing this will help you start the training of on an easy beginning. Set the training on a theme base of RCL or SF depending on where you attend. Holo recommended. Training's must concede for at least one hour or have Five events include SF rounds and One Event.
2. Raids - Discord Required
Raids must be enforced with by a HICOM+ unless given permission from a HICOM, High ranks may not shout or begin a raid. Starting a raid can be quite hard so you need to rally at the Holo until futher notice, as this will allow you to warmup the participating members.
You should at least await one hour before deploying, doing this will give you the best chance from the opposite team.
3. Meetings
Meetings are to be attended by High ranks or they may be demoted. Meetings can only be hosted by HICOM
4. Events
Events must be hosted by HICOM and contain at least one Assistant of the High ranks.
Events can be hosted under the terms of raids, for example. Raiding SizzleBurger or somewhere else. This may only be hosted a few times unless it is a practice Event, Earings Event, Promotional Event or any other ideas that come under the term of war.
5. Shadow Officers
High ranks will not be offered a free place as the division leader unless tested and given a custom application about why they wish to be division leader, how can they help the division out and what can be done by placing you as leader.
6. Support
Anyone who asks for support low rank, high rank or HICOM they are to be helped immediately unless ingame and you have your own target, so teamchat does not conclude
to this.
