tcc went from 5k to 15k members in 1 week and we were very active for that time but we were not ready
we didn't have enough places we didn't have a good training place for newer members we didn't have a way for people in the first rank to get to the 2nd rank quickly we didn't have auto promotion
so ye just be ready before running ads |

PM bot auto dules, and group Recruiting center.
PM bot groups that you look up to.
Recruit on your free time at sword fighting tournament. |

I would, in full honesty, recommend you >not< to go for superclan. Powerclans are essentially more efficient and fun. You have a more centered community that knows each-other and it's easier to make activity happen. You can exile inactives, too, which centers you to active people and no alts.
Basically, the smaller a group is, the easier the command can control it. You'll need more commanders for a gigantic group. Management increases in size when the organization increases in size.
Powerclans, being small, are thus more efficient in ROBLOX. Of course, in real life, it's all about size, but this ROBLOX. In ROBLOX, it's all about how efficient, active, interesting and approaching a group is.

You have powerclans all wrong, Orion. The ########## for powerclans is that all of them are like VAK. This is not true. My clan, Kingdom of Alvor, I would classify as a powerclan. We don't strive for more than 250 members, that is our maximum. With that, we also exile inactives, center a community that is active, host daily all kinds of events, accept new and old ROBLOXians, etc. The main idea of a powerclan is for it to be centered in an all-active community. Superclans nowadays have like, for example, 10,000 members and 1000 (this is best case scenario) active. And those 1000 aren't reliably active. Powerclans don't have that problem. |

Well you have to actually be a leader so people follow you. Then after that if you really want lots of members, you need lots of money and good tech. |

Actually, money isn't a priority if you do the economic thing and make connections with good builders, scripters, GFX artists and the like.
I make my group's GFX and I have professional grade builders. Plus, I was donated all the tech my group needed.
I used money only for the three uniforms we have in KoA. And even so, negotiated good prices.

Wow, didn't expect this many responses thanks guys.
I am going to try and start up a superclan and not a powerclan mainly because I hear so much talk about how, "the clan community is dying" so hopefully this will bring in some new recruits so the future of the community isn't so bad.
Rather than recycling the same RCL'er that we've all seen i'm going to hopefully bring in some new faces. |

Don't get others to recruit for you. If you want your clan to truly succeed, everything should be done by you / close friends who are also in the group. |

Well do you want good members, or many members?
UAF, FEAR, and OO are all superclans but they are basically all made fun of because they can't win
My suggestion is that you make either applications or acceptance obbies so it can be engaging for people who can actually handle a gun and press the spacebar, then you will have many members with mass advertising and actually being decent (Like RAT and BWE). |
