Hello there Ivory Cafe. There are our rules of conduct. Basically that means how you act and behave. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Treat all people with respect. Whether it be co-worker, HR, anyone. Treat everyone with respect, ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS. 2. Be kind, please. No one wants to work with the one rude and obnoxious co-worker. So please, don't be that person. 3. Customers are our way to success. Satisfying them by doing your best is all you can do. 3a. If a customer decides to troll, give them three warnings. If they proceed after that, find an HR immediately and we can ban them. 3b. If a customer has been trolling and there is no HR on your server, please post it on the group wall. 4. Do not allow guests into the barista area. If a guest somehow manages to get in, contact an HR and they will take them out. 5. Everyone is human, and we all mistakes. While we make sure mistakes are minimal here, don't shame others for their mistakes. I bet you'll make one in your Ivory Cafe career too. 6. I expect most workers to have the uniform, but if you do not, let me know and I'll see what I can do. 7. You must wear fully appropriate clothing while in Ivory Cafe. No being half naked, or anything along those lines. 8. Serving people is not an option if you'd like to be promoted up to an HR. We expect our HRs to be trusted people who work hard. 9. (HRs Only) Do not abuse admin. I REPEAT, DO. NOT. ABUSE. ADMIN. If you see ANY HR abusing admin, even if it's the Vice Chairman, tell xiiSchranDaBear immediately. They WILL be ranked down as soon as possible. 10. Use proper grammar. It is always expected of an employee to use outstanding grammar. We all make mistakes. (refer to 5) 11. Just have fun!
