every place i try to go to, it just says game has shut down or something like thatm and its EVERY place, even if the owner isnt on.
ive tried:
reseting my comp
logging in then out
using a difrent account
what do i do?? |

Well, not really.
Its just that the networking on Roblox isn't made well and sometimes really big games are too much for some computers SOMETIMES.
It might work if you try another day. |

its been doing this for a week and a half now, i have great computer connection, and i have 4 gigs of ram, so i doubt its that |

i know how u feel, im to the point of just breaking my computer. its wierd though, my norton is trieing to block something, but i cant figure out what it is, wow, im good with this technicly stuff yet i cant figure it out |

maybe if you unblock whatever norton is blocking, it might help, same goes for people using Rogers Antivirus Protection |

it wont even let me unblock it, it says high risk, witch i dont think that would be roblox as a high risk |

Norton is blocking ROBLOX for reasons unknown. Maybe try another anti-virus program or try to un-block it? |

i agree with CrabbyNed1 my comp has norton antivirus and that prevents me from playing games or building at my place i suggest a new antivirus software ,possibly |

Mine does this too. Avoid games with alot of bricks, in other words if I try to play heli wars it will crash my internet for a whole day -.- But, some days alot of games connect and some days it fails. |

If it is still doing this, I highly suggest:
Running a quick scan on norton (gets rid of cookies)
Running a comprehensive scan on norton (virus, bug etc could be the cause of the crash, shutdown, or slow loading)
Or getting rid of norton and getting a new virus scanner, Mcafee for instance.

1) Run Quick Scan ( YOU DONT NEED TO! YOU CAN GO ON A WEBSITE TO DELETE COOKIES)
GO ON www.roblox.com/deletecookies.aspx.
Then re-install ROBLOX.
