SECTION IV~
TRAINING GUIDE~
Training types:
-[BBT] Bayerische Basic Training; for [LR] Schuetze's to attend, teaches what is expected of them in Bayerische, taught basic knowledge from this handbook, the dedication ceremony, and includes basic combat training as well. Must be 5+ to commence a [BBT] and all who are passed may be promoted, no set amount may pass. [MR] Hauptmann+ may host these, [MR] Leutnant's & Oberleutnant's may co-host.
-[BCT] Bayerische Corps Training; for [LR] Gefreiter+ to attend, as the name suggests, it is a regular group-wide training for all LR's and MR's, [BCT]'s include Advanced Combat Training, obstacle courses, and a practice raid. Must be 4+ soldaten to attend for a [BCT] to commence, and only 2-4 may be promoted, but not all. Only [MR] Major+ may host these.
-[BPR] Bayerische Practice Raiding; for [LR] Obergefreiter+ to practice at the Hauptstadt what to do in raids, 1-2 [BPR]'s may be hosted a day, includes how to work as a squad/platoon/company. There must be 8+ to commence a [BPR] 4-6 may be promoted. Only [HR] Oberst+ may host these.
-[BDT] Bayerische Divisional Training; for all [LR] Gefreiter+ who have a division, [BDT]'s are hosted multiple times within the day. [BDT]'s are optional, but provide another good way to get promoted, this is why joining a division is HIGHLY recommended, there must be 5+ to host a Divisional Training, only 3 may be promoted. Only divisional [HR]'s and [MR]'s may host these.
-[BDTR] Bayerische Divisional Tryouts; for [LR] Obergefreiter+ who are without a division looking to tryout for a division that they are eligible for, must be 4+ to host a [BDTR], all that excel may pass and become apart of that division. Only divisional [HR]'s may host these.
-[BJOT] Bayerische Junior Officer Training; for all MRs which are considered junior officers in Bayerische, these trainings are for all MRs looking to move through the ranks as junior officers, in these, there must be 5+ MRs to conduct one and only 1-2 may be promoted. Only [HR] Generalmajor+ may host these.
PROMOTION GUIDE~
LRs- In order to be promoted through the LR ranks, you need to attend as many Bayerische Corps Trainings, Divisional Trainings (if you're in a division), and Practice raids as possible, excel in these and get a chance to be promoted, or impress an officer on base or in a raid.
MRs- Attend as many [BJOT]'s as possible and show you are a natural born leader on base, co-hosting, or on a battlefield.
MR~HR- In order to be promoted from MR to HR, you must be given a HR test by a HC member such as a Generaloberst, the Kanzler, or even the Kaiser himself. Once you have taken the HR test, you must be recommended by 1-2 HRs and approved by the Kaiser himself.
HR- In order to be promoted through the HR ranks, you must be promoted by a [HC] member or the Kanzler/Kaiser themselves, excel as a leader to all below you and even show an example of your character and integrity to your superiors.
HC- High Command members are chosen by the Kaiser only, there may only be 4 High Command members in Bayerische at a time.
The Kanzler- There may only be 2 Kanzler's in Bayerische at the same time, and only chosen by the Kaiser himself.
The Kaiser- The supreme ruler of all of the Bayerische Empire.

SECTION VI~
THE BAYERISCHE OATH-
All Schuetze's that pass [BBT] Bayerische Basic Training will be required to mutter this paragraph in HEART salute to the statue of our Kaiser:
"I will commit my life as a soldier and (man/woman) to fighting for the Herrliche Bayerische Empire and to the death for my fellow soldiers and for my Kaiser. I will forever hold allegiance to the Herrliche Bayerische Empire and never part with it, until the end of my days. For the glory of Bayerische!"
Once you have said these words, you are fully dedicated to The Herrliche Bayerische Empire, WELCOME SOLDATEN!

CLOSING WORDS-
Our journey in the Herrliche Bayerische Empire will be many, hard, and overwhelmingly fun and glorious, we are the backbone of the wars that engulfed these lands, and we all know what we must do, WE MUST FIGHT! We will fight for what is right! To defend our people! Our homeland! Our democracy! And our lives which are at stake! RISE WITH US SOLDATEN! FOR THE DAYS ARE LONG, MANY, AND DIFFICULT, BUT WE WILL RISE TO OUR FEET AND MEET THE CHALLENGE WITH AN IRON SWORD! GLORY TO BAYERISCHE!
