This is the official Master at Arms training guide.. XO+, Please follow this training guide.
Step 1: Training Rules.(Make sure they have good grammar and show discipline.)
Step 2: 200 Jumping Jacks.(ONE!, TWO!, THREE!, etc.)
Step 3: 20 Minutes of no moving nor talking.
Step 4: Fluent Faces.(Right face, Left face, About face, Center face, Left Incline, Right Incline, Control face.)
Step 5: All the Obby's(Go over Obby Rules)(10 Jumping Jacks after. 25 for Last)
Step 6: 10 Laps around the Track.(Count the laps every time they pass the white line. ONE!, TWO!, THREE!, etc.)(5 Jumping Jacks after each lap)
Step 7: Shooting Range.(Commands: Prepare! = Gun Up, Aim! = Aim your gun, Fire! = Fire once, Cease Fire! = Stop firing, Order Arms! = Put away your gun.) (GO OVER RANGE RULES!)
Step 8: Go over all of the Job Guidelines.
Step 9: Graduation.(ONLY ONE PASSES) (BUT CALL UP EACH ONE AND TELL THEM THEIR PROGRESS)
