{I. - General Information}
[]The Council is to separate themselves into three divisions for the purpose of organization and overall effectiveness in improving this Order.
[]The three divisions include: Council of Knowledge, Council of Combat and Council of Security.
[]There may not be more than two Council members per division.
[]Individual divisions will be separated into Head and Assistant. Both must be voted in officially in a council meeting.
[]Heads are expected to be exemplary in knowledge of their particular division.
Note- Assistants are expected to be exemplary as well.
[]Becoming a Head does not grant any major additional powers. Heads and assistants have the same authority as if they were regular council members.
[]The title of Head & assistant is prohibited to any non-council members, including HC+.
[]The official titles are: Head of Security, Senior of Combat, and Caretaker of Knowledge. Council members may alter these titles, but not to the point where one can't tell which division they're in.

{II. - Duties}
[]The primary duty of council members is to OBSERVE Jedi in their division and report problems in council meetings, create ideas regarding to their division, and solutions to issues in their division.
[]Any ideas or solutions must be officially voted on in a Council Meeting.
[]Division Heads may not enforce their own agendas if they include properties that need a council vote or couldn't be enforced with regular council member authority.
()Example - Head of Security enforcing a new TG branch without any official vote.
[]Assistants are present to "check" the Head of their Division. It is advised that Heads and Assistants debate over their division's topics to create solid presentations in meetings.
[]All agendas by division members must parallel the ethics of the Jedi Code.
[]When a Head is offline, the Assistant is expected to take his place until the leader is active again.
[]Issues in Council Divisions may be reported to an HC+.
{Division Duty Descriptions}
(C)Council of Combat: Council members in this division are expected to observe Guardians and the combat information/practices given to them. Combat council members may also communicate with Knowledge council members to come up with new combat education. Leaders of this division also advise any Battle Masters, may sponsor certain exemplary duelists in the Order, and are primary figures in violent conflicts with other groups.
(K)Council of Knowledge: These council members are considered most wise in lore and the force. They're expected to observe and enforce the Order's Curriculum with reason. Knowledge council members also observe the Order's Consulars and force practices. They may also outlaw certain force practices by presenting a bill in a council meeting. Knowledge Council members are the primary teachers and protectors of the sacred Archives. They may sponsor exemplary lore students in the Order, and are primary figures in diplomatic issues.
(S)Council of Security: The council members of the Security Division are to observe the Temples Guards and Sentinels of the Order; and all security practices of the temple. Security council members are always allowed access to the TG Dojo and advises the TG Overseer. Though, the HoS is not considered the "boss" of any TG. The Overseer may choose to not abide by any non-voted suggestions. Security members are able to present ideas regarding TG practices and may work with the Council of Knowledge for the education of Sentinels. Security council members may sponsor exemplary Temple Guards for placement in an elite division, and may sponsor exemplary Sentinels. They're primary figures in ensuring the immediate safety of the temple and those within it.
(*)The leaders of these divisions have full authority to present Path Trial procedures to the HC+. If the HC+ agrees with the Trial contents, the division leaders may conduct path trials for THEIR division and not a different section.

{III. - Voting Procedures}
[]Special Division Meetings are to be hosted on Saturdays. At these meetings, division leaders may present their observations, ideas, and solutions.
[]Division leaders must only present topics regarding their division in these meetings. If they spot problems in other divisions, report it to an HC+.
[]The majority of Council must vote in favor of an idea for it to be sent to HC+.
[]The Heads and Assistants of divisions are to be voted on by the entirety of Council in these meetings.
[]The HC+ may also present any accusations against a Head or Assistant in the meeting. If this occurs, the accused must be allowed to present their side of the story.
[]The Head of Security is authorized to suspend voting if there is an immediate threat or violence between Council members.
[]If there is an even vote, an HC+ may be the deciding vote, or the vote may be suspended.
[]Once a topic is passed, it is to be presented to the HC+, who will either agree with it and send it to MOTO+ or decline and send it back to council for fixing.

{VI. - Special Cases}
[]If there is considerable corruption or disorganization in a full Council, a seventh council member may be chosen by HC+ to function as the Supreme Administrator.
[]The Administrator is expected to observe the other council members and get them back on track. Once the council is fixed, the seventh member will be demoted.
[]Council members are expected to abide by the Administrator's SUGGESTIONS if they are reasonable.
[]Heads and Assistants are designed to "check" each other to ensure no one becomes power hungry.
[]If there was a large-scale traitorous act by an HR, an HC+ may suspend all HR trials and Council & Division elections until the threat is cleared. This may NOT continue for over two days.
