1. 1st Lieutenant, former Major 2. Yes, I was an HR in 4 different groups, 1 of which is this 1 3. Yes, as stated above, this 1, 2 RCMP groups, and another Alaska group. 4. Yes 5. Around 7-8 months now. 6. Yes 7. Fluent English 8. No 9. Yes 10. I can help serve AST and share my knowledge with others 11. Stated before in #10 12. They are warned and possibly arrested 13. They would be warned and possibly demoted/suspended 14. Strengths- such as helping others and working with a team. weaknesses, working alone. 15. It is an honor, a responsibility, and a privelege. It is earned, not given. 16. I am me.

Have you been in any other police groups? (If so, please state) LAPD NYPD AST OSP GPD ASP 4. Are you an active member of AST? Mostly on weekends but weekdays I have school 5. How long have you been in AST? Like 1-2 weeks 6. Are you willing to follow all rules in AST, and not abuse? Yes 7. Do you speak good or fluent English? Yes 8. As an HR, what can you do for AST? Be helpful kind caring protective hand lending and responding to any !help messages 11. Being an HR means a lot more than having admin. Why are you applying for HR? So I can be a helpful part of the community and to help others in need 12. A player on the police team is abusing their tool. What would you do in this situation? (Be specific) I would talk to them about what they were doing wrong and try to fix. 13. A player is using profanity (swearing). What would you do in this situation? I have a great fear of be in some where very high up I and I have the greatest strength That is Juses 15. What does being an HR mean to you? Being Kind Helpful honest respectful kind and also being there when I am needed actually when The hrs are needed 16. How are you unique than other HR applicants?
