Do you all feel that Officers And/Or Soldiers should be payed in a War clan?
If you feel such a way, how much should they be payed?
Should Officers only be paid and not soldiers?
Should pay be only given for participating in events(Raids, Training)?
Should pay only be given at the end of a War?
Should it be a one time pay for any of the above listed events or continuous weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pay rolls?
Tell me what you all think, not that I'm carrying this out but to see the diversity of personal beliefs across this backwater, long-rejected, scrub infested sub-forum. :^) |

I'm just asking you all a harmless question, pay is an incentive and it can keep certain people sticking to the group despite how toxic the leader may be. Some other people typically like to be rewarded for their work and find that pay is suitable, after all, many clans don't really reward any of their underlings, as clans are pyramid schemes to make the only person in charge rich and minor-ly famous. |

So you wouldn't ever consider giving any sort of compensation for an Officer if you were a clan leader? Just call'em useless even if they've been there for years and got you fame for victories they've cone? |

Fair point, but we all know when you are the leader of a big, massive clan you aren't too perceptive of who is making the ranks of officers very well. The despotic, patronage rules strong in big clans, especially ones that are very old, like VAK, FEAR, VS, the list goes on and on.. So you can get someone who is terrible as an officer. |
