Screen freezes, game still plays in background (HELP!)

Alright, this is a big problem. I am playing a game, for about 15 minutes, then suddenly the screen freezes. I can still hear the sounds from the game. These are not the sounds looping, it is the live sounds, because when someone walks by me I can hear it, and other sounds that aren't loops. Any way to stop this? It is really annoying because not only does it freeze, but the game is still running until I close it which means in certain games I could die while my screen is frozen etc. It is 100% not my monitor, I can still see my mouse moving and everything. I have a Dell OptiPlex 3020, intel CORE i3 processor, windows 10, 4GB ram. Thanks for your help :) Robux Investors! Invest for R$!

Sorry to announce it, but it's your PC. It happens to my s the PC that isin't enough powerful to receive all those online informations, than, just one little lag, the PC has enough and stops. Though, it doesn't stop a server, so you can still move everything and hear, but the pc doesn't analyze the information.

@max That ###### ## used to be fine when my PC was new. Going to save up for a gaming laptop.. Is there anyway to reduce lag other than graphics quality in the menu? And I don't mean deleting programs and files, I've already done that. Like, does Roblox have a wait to change how much memory you put into it like MC? Robux Investors! Invest for R$!

@BoyzInBlack Go to Roblox Studio. Click 'settings' Click 'rendering' Turn quality down to 1. Then it should be good enough, but you may have to play with the other settings such as the screen size. Robux Investors! Invest for R$!

ctrl + alt + del and click more info then look for roblox and end it

I have the same problem, but this started happening about 6 months ago. I don't think it's my PC tho since I can run other non-roblox games pretty decently
