Section V - Conclusion ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Introduction I am S0Cial_0utcast and I have been in Docklands Police Department for a while now. I am a HR Superintendent in DPD. I always wanted to be a Assistant Chief in DPD. I will do lots for DPD, which I will discuss in 2 and 4. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ How will I benefit Docklands Police Department? You might be asking, what I will do to benefit DPD. Well I have many things that I could and will do. Some of those are stop corruption in DPD. If the DPD HR's are inactive I will send a message to them stating that they were inactive. If I got a report or someone has a report about a bad DPD Officer or if they abused, I will punish them immediately. I will host lots of AC elections with NO favoritism. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Do I have any experience? A very important question to ask is, "Do I have any experience in this job?" Well, I have been a HR in many PD groups in the past. I have been a HR in AST and many more. I don't think DPD wants someone random and experienced in the job that is inactive. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ What will I fix in DPD? There is many problems with DPD, in my opinion. I think DPD needs to stop corruption and abuse, because it gives DPD a bad reputation. There is so many officers in DPD that abuse their tools, and the DPD HR's get blamed for, which needs to stop. So if any DPD officer, abuses, with proof, they will be punished immediately. I also want to make sure all DPD HR's are active, because some are inactive and don't host training's for months. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Conclusion DPD is in my opinion a good group. I can help DPD with its problems and I can be active at the same time. DPD needs it's problems dealt with so that we can get our good reputation back and our "Best Police Department" title back. We need to make DPD head into the right direction. I can be that one who does. This is why I think I should be picked as Assistant Chief of Docklands Police Department!
