So when you see click bait, flag it to warn the click baiter about it, must also add why it's Click bait to have people not abuse it. If so they abuse, Report for harassment. S&I ONLY

Fine, until you establish what is considered "click bait". People can say if the thumbnail has no clear image of their place or if their thumbnail is not looking at a certain position to show what genre it is could be "click-bait", which would be abuse.
