Fix the shirt/pants templates

So regular clothes makers know that a torso is 128x128 at the front and the arms are 64x128, Now it gives outlines when you do those measurements which in order to not have outlines its 130x130 and for arms its 66x130... so if someone follows by the template they will have outlines just because the way roblox loads the template is messed up by 1 pixel per side Crackling necks everyday
