you might never had it because your post count was... above the limit (?) and that disabled captcha for you
most people around your join date do have it though

Oh, I don't know how it works then. Also, I don't know if it stops at a certain post count or maybe the number of days/months you forum. I saw a thread on RT with someone that had a 2016 acc and had way more than 5k posts, they claim they still have to use captcha
