Next week please be on top of that on Thursday, Friday or Saturday to get a promotion or NOT a demotion. Some may be just promoted for activity, well others may be just for weekly reports. It simply depends, since the minimal amount of reports. We honestly care MORE about your activity, then the reports as what they are for.
