That's ridiculous, and you aren't voting for America. You are voting for a representative to speak for you in the Senate.
Now, let's get started.
Being a member in the Senate or House of Representatives always comes down to people getting disgraced and such because they are voting for things people wanted. Well, people who complain, maybe you should of send a Senator or Representative a few PMs to tell him what you want in said vote.
"But alpal, you imbecile" you might say to yourself,"how can we know what bills are in the process of being passed? And how do we make a new bill?"

Anyways, the solution to your problem is in your hands. Start a petition, PM a Rep. or Senator. Make your voice heard. Because in the end, that's what this nation was supposed to be about. Not about an elitist oligarchy with all the power, but you.
