Section 1: All members of GCA are to obey orders from individuals that have a higher rank. ◆. Section 2: All members of GCA are to be mature and respectful on-duty. ◆. Section 3: All members of GCA are to not kill other members of GCA without a reasonable cause. ◆. Section 4: All members of GCA are to not kill citizens without a reasonable cause or direct assault. ◆. Section 5: All members of GCA are to wear their correct uniform and morph whenever they're at a base that supports them. ◆. Section 6: All members of GCA are to not wear t-shirts that are out of place. ============================================================================================================================== Article II: Republic Army Regulations ◆. Section 1: All members of the Republic Army are to maintain the security of their posts by ensuring that unauthorised personnel cannot access a Military Installation without approval of a Captain or above. ◆. Section 2: All Sergeants and Sergeant-Majors are to be considered Non-Commissioned Officers, or NCOs. All 2nd Lieutenant and above are to be considered Commissioned Officers. ◆. Section 3: The Chain of Command is always active. ============================================================================================================================== Article III: Army Division Regulations ◆. Section 1: You can only be in one division at a time. ◆. Section 2: If your legion/division has their own rulebook, you follow the Legion's Rulebook and the Republic's Rulebook. ============================================================================================================================== Article IV: Jedi Order Regulations ◆. Section 1: All members of the Jedi Order are to follow the Republic Law while at a GCA base. ◆. Section 2: Jedi Knights+ can be Jedi Generals when approved by the Jedi Council. ◆. Section 3: Jedi's are not allowed to use the Force on a clone trooper or visitor without a valid reason. ============================================================================================================================== Article V: Jail Rules ◆. Section 1: The Jail is owned by the 401st Prison Wardens they can order HC-4 and below to leave the Jail. ◆. Section 2: Prison Wardens, Commander Thorn and Commander Fox can grant a person access to the Jail. ============================================================================================================================== Article VI: Officer Regulations ◆. Section 1: Officers are to refrain from engaging in nepotism. ◆. Section 2: Officers cannot give ridiculous orders. *for example: "Teamkill those cadets" ◆. Section 3: Higher Ranked officers cannot take over a training hosted by a lower ranked Officer. ============================================================================================================================== Article VII: 401st Law Enforcement ◆. 401st: The 401st is the Law Enforcement Legion of GCA, they enforce the Republic Rulebook and arrest personnel that break the rules. The 401st are also: Guards, Riot Troopers and Investigators. ◆. Section 1: The 401st can arrest someone who is suspected of a crime, if there is no evidence the person arrested is to be released. ◆. Section 2: The 401st Commander is allowed to make someone AoS (Arrest on Sight). ◆.
