We will make sure to only hire the best employees to ensure all of our customers the best service and time at our cafe.
Interviews will have a a certain amount of questions about the cafe. These interviews will be for the rank of Trainee. We will host interviews a couple times a week.
Trainings will be to rank up within the barista ranks. These will include, greeting the customers, making drinks and food, and responding to certain situations that could happen at the cafe. These trainings will be for the ranks Junior Barista, Barista, and Senior Barista. We will host trainings a couple times a week.
If there is ever a vacant High Rank or High Command position, we will either host trainings, or tryouts, or we will release applications. Sometimes we will handpick if we have found someone right for the position.
