So basically, I have around 5 alts, so I can basically get like 40 ROBUX for every bacon hair I delete, then I buy stuff from a group store, then I ask my friend to donate the ROBUX to me.

I think this is a good idea, but here's what I say. A user has 10 days to see whether he or she likes the hat. If he or she doesn't, they can return the hat and get 70% of their Robux back. |

They dont OWN it. They just start with it and when they take it off its gone, so you can't sell a bacon hair unless you actually bought it for 90 robux.
