Any account of 13+ should not have any hashtags at all. Under 13 should have hashtags but only for swears and other bad stuff. Comment support if you agree.

Over 13 should be like the old censorship, where only the actual #### ##### were censored. If someone really does manage to get past the censorship in some way, so what? They're 13+, that's probably normal for them. It's not like they need to be 'protected'.
