Elites practice is pretty easy to do. They mainly just work on bettering their routines and changing them. Watch their routines, give your input, ideas, feedback, etc. Let them know what they need to fix.
Elites by this point know what they're doing. Just make sure you watch them and are there for them if they need help with anything. |
