Delayed Chat [HELP]

This has only happened 3 - 4 times ever. Whenever I try to send in-game messages, it won't send until minutes later. Meanwhile everyone else is talking normally and responding back. this gets really annoying when I try to play Co-Op games like Apoc. Someone please tell me how to counter this if it happens again. The best way to be 100% accurate is to be 200% calm and 300% hidden - Phantom Forces Campers

Because you're network is extremely slow, or you accidentally scrolled up the chat.

@OculusYT This only happens with the chat while the game runs fine without any lag so that makes your argument of slow internet null. Also I didn't scroll up because allo the chat was recent e.g. when I died someone typed in the chat that they'll take my stuff for me and meet back up. I've noticed this happening too. I assure you it's not an internet connection problem. Don't let these guys fool you. I just upgraded my internet package to 200mbps and my games run smooth but the chat DEFINITELY delays at times.
