What happened:
The Class-Disposables were ordered to keep contact with the crystal. Our Director was nice enough to take out of his busy schedule to do this test with me. As he opened the door, both Class-Disposables entered and we made the other leave. Our Class-D proceeded to jump on top of SCP-409 after taking his ##### #### It was estimated that it took 22 seconds for him to fully crystalized. Our second Class-D entered squeamishly and awaited orders. He then stood on top of the crystal, as he was instructed, and his body is crystalized into a light blue. A cleanup crew was called in and the test was over.

Once you have made contact, you will crystalized. Perhaps heavy duty gloves could be used to prevent this effect.
