SECTION ONE; (a) This Act shall be known as the "Sentencing Act of 2017" (b) Any laws in conflict with this Act are null and void. SECTION TWO; (a) No person, upon conviction in a court of law, shall be sentenced to a term of Arrest on Sight which exceeds one month overall; they may, however, be sentenced to a longer term of federal imprisonment as provided for in the laws of the United States. (b) No Judge of the United States and no Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United states shall Arrest on Sight (AOS) anyone longer then 72 hours without conviction. SECTION THREE; (a) Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that the Sentencing Commission is hereby established with all the following authorities and powers vested therein; (b) And be it further enacted, that the Sentencing Commission shall be headed by the Chief Justice of the United States, (c) And be it further enacted, that the Snetencing Commission shall contain membership of two Congressional officials, two Judges of the United States or Associate Justice(s) of the United States Supreme Court ,and the Vice President of the United States. (d) And be it further enacted, the Sentecing Comission shall have the power vested in them to with 2/3 of the votes classify schedules of offences. (e) There shall be three schedules of offenses, - Schedule 1 - Major - Schedule 2 - General - Schedule 3 - Minor (f) Each offense in each schedule shall be limited while sentencing after conviction in Federal Court. (g) For each offense within Schedule 1, a Judge of the United States or a Associate Justice of the Supreme Court shall not sentence an individual longer than six days Arrest on Sight. (h) For each offense within Schedule 1, a Judge of the United States or a Associate Justice of the Supreme Court shall not sentence an individual longer than four days Arrest on Sight. (i) For each offense within Schedule 1, a Judge of the United States or a Associate Justice of the Supreme Court shall not sentence an individual longer than two days Arrest on Sight. SECTION THREE; (a) The Chief Justice of the United States shall have the power to overrule any offense voted under any schedule by the Sentencing Comission. (b) The Sentencing Comission shall have the power, with 2/3rd of the votes overrule any decicion by the Chief Justice as described in section 3a of this Act. SECTION FOUR; (a) There shall be no limit in any Arrest on Sight for any contempt of court wherefore the individual has been given contempt for failture to show up in court.
