2nq is by far one of the most active judges on the federal court - he last took a case four days ago and we have judges who go MONTHS without taking a case and you guys call for the impeachment of 2nq?
sorry but, he won't be being impeached over a mere four days of 'inactivity' (assuming he hasn't done anything with mythicone v. bank of america, which he has)
in all honesty, i don't think that it's a coincidence technozo calls for his impeachment after he takes a case against bank of america (notice how technozo is an advisor in boa?)
pathetic, you guys don't even know what you're doing and this is not happening - i promise you.
tl;dr he last took a case 4 days ago when we have judges who havent done anything for months - call for the impeachment of someone else thanks.

@idiotic_leader (the name actually suits you now that i think about it) activity isn't determined through audit logs for federal and supreme court justices - for example, half the supreme court has rarely used the shout and never uses it, but are they inactive? no, because they vote and are active on the supreme court >TRELLOCOURT PROCESS TRELLO< (which is where the case distribution is done, etc.) - he last took a case FOUR days ago and we have judges who haven't taken one for MONTHS and you #### ### inactive? like i said, pathetic that technozo calls for this right after he takes a case against boa and tech is an advisor in boa - i see an issue here. |

Yeah honestly, I doubt even half of you work with/in the same department as him. That's like me saying oh I think Night's inactive lets fire him. Tbh, y'all should focus on yourselves cause from what I see 2nq is pretty active. |

as probably the only opposition to the democrats - i can assure you if i thought 2nq was an alt he wouldnt have passed senate (plutocrats) nonetheless been nominated by the president (democrats)
so unless he's an alt used by both sides (highly doubtful considering demos and plutos r like complete opposition to one another, and even then i can tell u it doesnt happen) then he isnt an alt

Honestly, I'm really quite disappointed in each and every one of you who signed this petition; there truly is only one word to describe your actions here: ignorance. A judge's activity isn't dependent on their shouts, but on their case completion, and let me tell you: the Honorable Federal Judge 2NQ is one of roughly five judges (perhaps less) of the Federal Court who actively complete cases.
Since his appointment slightly under two months ago, Judge 2NQ has completed fifteen separate cases, and taken up roughly twenty. As many of your are quite ill-informed, might I remind you that several (most) of the judges currently serving have held office for upwards of half a year and have not completed even half that number of cases *throughout their entire tenure.* So no, he is not inactive, and in reality, he is one of, if not the, most active judges presently serving on the Federal Court.
I would wholeheartedly support the impeachment of an inactive judge (although I believe that activity in the lower courts is better served by actual reform and not merely temporary impeach-and-replace solutions), but really, you need to actually take some due diligence before bringing things up like this, it really just makes you look stupid.
