Character.Torso.Neck.C0 = CFrame.new(Character.Head.Position,Mouse.hit.p) So I tried this and it ended up making the characters head flail around. \ What is wrong? This works for any other brick.

Have you tried cloning the characters head, whilke making it normal head invisible, then working with the cloned head? I believe theres some complicated interactions with the welding of a humanoids head onto its body that makes any manipulation of the weld a pain.
