THIS HANDBOOK IS VALID FROM JANUARY 24 2017 TO THE END OF SEASON 4 CONTENTS * Transfers * Fixtures * Players * Punishments * Teams * League Table * Additional Match Rules CATEGORY 1 -- TRANSFERS -- • Transfer windows open throughout the season and are set to certain dates in which at the time permit teams to buy, sell, or loan players. Transfer windows are regularly extended due to the extension of seasons due to repeated rescheduling. • Any attempted transfer taking place OUTSIDE a transfer window can result in various ramifications. If enough evidence is provided that negotiations have taken place, a team can either be at risk of a deduction of points, refusal of further participation in the season or a short term ban on participating in transfer window activity. • Every team, on the beginning of Season 4, was distributed a total of $100#############s cannot be replaced or reverted. • Any failed transfers or inactivity is out of the TŞ Professional Football League's control. • ThomasMullerNo25 MUST be notified of any transfers. Any transfers that have taken place without approval will be rejected. • Loans are NOW permitted as of July 7 2016. A player has a maximum of two teams to loan for in a single season, each [team] permitted to play for two games. If a player is not selected for any of his available loanee matches, the player can still be able to compete for his initial team, though adjudicated by the team's owner or captain. Any player who infringes this rule may be fined or indefinitely suspended based on the degree of the misdemeanor. CATEGORY 2 -- CONTRACTS -- • As of the January 24th, 2017, each player must be contracted to a maximum of 3 years [seasons] to a team, if a club exceeds this limit, it is considered a violation of the league's transfer regulations. [Repercussions determined by the league board of directors, not explicitly shown.] • Contracts are a very sensitive matter, and players must not be forced into signing one [As descriptively stated in CATEGORY 4]. If a players feels uncomfortable with signing for a particular team, the player is entitled to express his/her dissatisfaction with the transfer. • The TŞ Professional Football League is by no means held accountable for the discussion of contract breakdowns. • As of January 24th, 2017, the league is proud to announce the inclusion of agents, who may discuss with the team offering his/her client a contract on their behalf. • Agents are not mandatory, and if a team issues a complaint stating that the agent is asking for unfair demands, such as "give my client $1,000,000 per week idiot or no deal". The plaintiff team is obliged to immediately report the matter to the league's executives, where the agent and player may be fined or indefinitely suspended from any participation within the league. • Clauses are a very controversial subject in a player contract. Some contracts may not contain any clauses, but if one is included, the player is obligated to meet his/her team's demands. Clauses like "No loans" or "No verbal misconduct" are two of many clauses that can be included, here is the list of mentioned clauses and their terms: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=208130670 • Clauses may not be imposed or forced onto any player to sign, the player has the right to decline any contract with apparent unfair or unrealistic clauses. If a team violates this rule, the league transfer committee will immediately evaluate the situation and come up with a conclusion/punishment, whether it's a fine, suspension, or even a permanent ban from the league. • Teams may include up to three clauses in a player's contract, any exceeding will be responded with a fine or suspension. If this is rejected by the team's owner or manager, then the TŞ Professional Football League is authorized to issue a penalization. • Verbally offensive conduct can result in a (non server generated red card) and up to a 2 match ban. Failing to abide can result in a fine (fine confiscated from team's transfer and wage budget.) • Poorly calculated transfers rarely have punishments but can be investigated and/or discussed with those in charge of the team. • ThomasMullerNo25 reserves the right to ban players and confirm a punishment on any misconduct. • Failing to attend fixtures without explanation can result in a long-term league ban, deduction of points or auto-wins. This is not within the responsibility of ThomasMullerNo25. Failing to do so is costly. Initially, ThomasMullerNo25 must be sent the selected squad to play the upcoming fixture. CATEGORY 7 -- LEAGUE TABLE -- • The league table strongly resembles common and real life rules. • 1 win - 3 PTS 1 tie - 1 PT 1 loss - 0 PTS • The Season 4 winning prize is 1,500 robux. The TŞ Professional Football League will not be held responsible over the distribution of virtual prize currency from team to player. • The team finishing last will not in any way or form be eligible to participate in further Season activity or the forthcoming season. After the following the season they reserve their right to re-apply, and depending on spaces, be allowed back in.
