Section 1: Everyone shall be treated equally.
All operatives shall be treated "fairly" as characteristics shall only define their character, but not the way they're treated. These are enabled to give everyone the chance to be employed here regardless of background.

Section 2: Corruption Policy.
In the event a High Rank has been involved in any "corrupted" like conduct shall be subjected to immediate disciplinary action.
Corruption can be defined as actions done to personally assist the advancement of another. This may include payments, etc for free ranks. In the event this action is deemed true, ranking officials shall employment shall be terminated.

Section 3: Employee Conduct.
While operating on-duty under Brakus Law Firm, you shall stay professional and Mature under all circumstances. This includes time within allied groups. Our Attorneys and operatives shall be deemed "role model like" citizens, as we follow set guidelines or laws for one's group.

Section 4: Disciplinary Action(s)
Disciplinary actions occur when one can not follow designated protocol. With this, the following can occur.
- Demotions.
- Suspensions.
- Reduced payments.
- Expulsion / Terminations of employment.
Within these disciplinary actions, a notice shall be posted via forum in order to distribute proper reasoning behind it. Now, anonymous tips with evidence shall lead to evidence to not be distributed to keep from showing who reported it.
