Becoming a HR:
Majors:
Majors are chosen from The Thunder Empire Captains. To become a Major, a TTC HR must recommend you to Rtk123456789 and he must agree to promote you.
Colonels:
Colonels are chosen from Majors. To become a Colonel, a TTC General must recommend you to Rtk123456789 and he must agree to promote you.
Generals:
Generals are chosen by Rtk123456789.
Being a HR:
Majors:
Majors are not allowed to run branches on their own. Their role is to host trainings for the Core. Majors must host at least once times a week or risk demotion.
Colonels:
Colonels can run branches. Colonels must host trainings at least twice a week or risk demotion.
Colonels running branches must still host trainings at least once every week.
Generals:
Generals can run branches. Those not in charge of a branch must host a training at least once every week.
Generals who are in charge of a branch are still supposed to hold trainings at least once every one and a half weeks.
At trainings/trials only useful and serious commands may be used. Idiotic and stupid unnecessary commands such as :noob are banned.
Commands such as :fling and :smite are also banned.
Failing to use admin correctly will result in demotion.
