Staff don't just volunteer. Roblox staff isn't just a bunch of people who play games. They require certain web/scripting qualifications, to be over 18 and also, have the ability to ban people. If they just let random kids like you be staff, you'd probably ban everyone in this thread for disagreeing with you.
Also, making a server would still cost a lot. They need to pay for the actual server computers, which would cost thousands. And use your common sense please. |

Adults work for roblox, not 10 year old kids like you.
If an adult doesn't get paid, they can't feed themselves or their family, so they either die of starvation or they quit their job and find a new one.
If roblox don't make money from sales of their currency, roblox can't pay for their servers, which cost a lot of money to maintain, let alone their employees or the rent for their office.
There are two reliable ways to get robux:
1) Buy it, help Roblox instead of begging for free things
2) Learn scripting, building or set up a team of you and your friends and make a front page game. It's one thing to make a game by dragging and dropping free models, it's another thing to create a game like phantom forces or work at pizza place.
Tl;dr: Be grateful for the fact that roblox is free in the first place, and you don't need to look cool to play the game. You only NEED robux if you're running a group, it isn't required for anything else. |

Listen Staff in roblox WORK they want money from their work people buy robux for in game cash they split that roblox to workers so they get money from their work they cant make robux free because they would not be able to work they get nothing! and they quit so thats why robux has BC and stuff but I see what your saying back then you would get 10 tix per game visit and 10 tix each day and 10 tix = 1 robux so they should add coins or 10,000 player points = 1 robux for 1 week so at least people who play games get to get robux |
