I will be very briefly explaining a new rule being added into the interviewing procedure. This particular rule will be impacting those who are willing to attend interviews to become trainee and those on the Executive Team.
We are now locking all the servers 15 minutes before a scheduled interview. (The high ranks will be performing these actions.) We will, then, open the server at the schedule time and lock the server once more at 10-15 minutes into the interview session. This is to prevent flooding in the server and long, unfair waiting.
To further explain the new rule, I will use an example: there's an interview session at 8 PM EST, we will be locking the server at 7:45 PM EST to prevent the problems listed above. We will open the server at the schedule time, 8 PM EST, and then lock the server again around 8:10-8:15 PM EST.
