In this document shall state the Commandos and Scrimmage team removal order that are for geared towards top 30, top 20, and top 10 RCLers that were with-in the Special Forces.
To meet my new envisionment of the Special Forces, it is hereby ordered:
- Commandos/Scrimmage Team sub-division be shutdown, and all affiliated with this division shall be exiled.
- The "Head of Commandos" and "Head of Scrimmages" is deprived of its status, and will no longer be a valid title to be held by any High Command member.
- Special Forces are no longer allowed to RCL scrimmage outside of the United States of America.
- Special Forces are no longer allowed to RCL scrimmage inside of the United States of America.
We thank you for your service Commandos and people in our Scrimmage Team. It is in Special Forces best interest to move on, and we cannot be continuing this tradition.
