I will be very briefly explaining a new rule being added into the interviewing procedure. This particular rule will be impacting those who are willing to attend interviews to become trainee and those on the Executive Team.
We are now locking and clearing all the servers a hour to 30 minutes before a scheduled interview. (The high ranks will be performing these actions.) We will, then, open the server 15 minutes before interviews begin and lock the server once more at 10-15 minutes into the interview session. This is to prevent flooding in the server and long, unfair waiting. Executives, please join the server no earlier than 15 minutes.
To further explain the new rule, I will use an example:
- There's an interview session at 8 PM EST.
- We will be locking the server at around 7:00-7:30 PM EST to prevent the problems listed above.
- We will open the server at 7:45 PM EST to allow others to join early.
- Interviews begin at 8 PM EST. We will lock the server again at around 8:10-8:15 PM EST.
