I already posted this to OFftopic in another thread and I know forumers will really hate these ideas but bear with me
1)as soon as users click the register button, they are directed to a page where you can't leave until a certian amount of time is up, say 10 minutes. On this page it explains online safety and how to alter your privacy settings. IT also gives you a basic break down of the rules and basic how to report someone and how to block someone
2)accounts under a certian amount of days cannot speak or accept friend requests. The older the user says he or she is, the less amount of time it takes (for example a 6 year old child cannot accept a friend request until 30 days is up, while a 14 year old user have to wait 3 days. USers 18 and older automatically have to wait 15 days, just for safety purposes).
3)account users under age 11 cannot talk. Users under age 10 cannot talk nor receive friend requests. Doesn't change until they reach their birthday
4)after viewing the safety page that's proposed in idea 1), users are required to take an easy quiz on how to report someone, what to do if you accidently give out your pw(the answer here would be to double check email is up to date and to change pw for example). Once the days proposed in idea 2 are done and over with, users have to take another easy quiz and roblox rules (ie question 1-what do you do if someone is cursing answer- ask them to stop and report them)

IF you read the article, nowhere does it say that the mother was paying close attention so heres another idea
5)Users under a certian age have to provide their parents email address, or just an email in general. And roblox gives the option to wether or not to send activity reports of what games your child is playing to the provided email. Set this age to 12 and under for now

About number 2, this will only delay bots from spamming for a few days. But after that, we'll just get spammed by bots that are even older

If roblox actually cared for their users and kid-friendly image they would solve all of these issues, but instead they want all of the money. |

30-50% support too, instead of having the 10 min delay, just have a captcha for newly signed up users to do to prevent botting overall.
And the "under 10-11 year old" thing isn't really gonna help either, kids can still lie about their age online regardless.
